- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, and other related courses
- Strong leadership, communication skills, problem-solving skills
- With strong labor relations knowledge or experience gained from a unionized company
- With at least 3 years of work experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a manufacturing setup
- Willing to be assigned in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental
