I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
Oversee the warehouse account and manage all facets of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, timekeeping, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of handling the dynamic needs of a warehouse environment.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
· Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
· Maintain an active talent pool to address manpower needs promptly.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
· Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
· Address and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary cases in compliance with labor laws.
· Implement company policies, ensuring that all warehouse employees adhere to HR standards and procedures.
· Conduct employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination:
· Oversee timekeeping and attendance monitoring, ensuring accurate recording of work hours and leave balances.
· Verify daily time records and coordinate with payroll for timely salary processing.
· Handle concerns related to absences, tardiness, and overtime, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
HR Administration & Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
· Prepare reports on recruitment, attendance, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.
· Ensure compliance with all DOLE regulations, occupational health & safety standards, and labor laws.
