Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Business Administration, Human Resources or IT related course.
- 6-8 years of experience as an HRIS Business Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially the Onboarding module.
- Working knowledge of at least one additional SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, or Succession & Development).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data management.
- Proven ability to analyze systems, identify issues, and implement improvements.
- Experience conducting system testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivering training.
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Full Time Office Based Role
- Amenable to Mid Shift Work Schedule: 3PM to 1AM
- Willing to be an individual contributor
