HR Staff shall be in charge of the following:
Employee-Employer Relationship
Monitoring your day-to-day activities.
Assist in Administrative issues and concerns.
Collecting & Checking DTR’s
Enforcing WBMC’s Code of Conduct and Discipline.
Enforcing the Client’s Rules & Regulations.
Performance Evaluation of Assigned Employees.
Knowledgeable in timekeeping
Monitor employee attendance and working hours.
Track and record leave, absences, overtime, and breaks.
Perform other HR tasks assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
