- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all parcels in and out of the hub.
- Implement solutions to reduce the number of unprocessed or remaining parcels.
- Provide timely updates and parcel status information to customers or management.
- Monitor and report incidents of parcel loss or damage to the immediate superior.
- Repack damaged parcels in accordance with company standards to ensure safe delivery.
- Supervise and monitor hub staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Promote positive employee relations and morale by addressing staff needs and concerns.
- Assist in preparing employee shift schedules and managing attendance records.
- Compile and summarize operational and employee data for reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with onsite health and safety standards.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations, with supervisory experience an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of parcel handling and logistics processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, Nightshift and holidays.
