Hub Training Supervisor (Flash PH)
Job Roles and Responsibilities
· Conducts onsite operational skills training
· Also facilitates onsite hub safety and professional knowledge training
· Also helps with onsite hub attendance policy training
· Handles onsite new system training for the hub
· Prepares training program proposals, and also provides reports to management
· Help to improve employee operational skills, increase the awareness of operational efficiency and safety to build a capable team
· Conducts training of HQ policy and hub policies
· Prepare documentation for training programs run for staff
Collects feedback from training participants
Qualification
- Willing to have fieldwork and Business Trip
- 2-3 Years Training and Creating Events and Activities
- 6 days per week willing to work a Shifting Schedule
- Proficiency using Software
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
