RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The position acts as the employee champion in the region, responsible for managing the overall HR functions in collaboration with the NCR head office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Psychology or any related field.
- Proven experience with at least 3-5 years in a Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
