Human Resource Officer

Position Summary
The HR plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves handling administrative and clerical tasks, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills to contribute to the success of the HR team and Prowatcher Security Systems, Inc. as a whole.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
- Employee Records and Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Handle HR documentation, including contracts, memos, and performance evaluations.
- Employee Engagement and Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Help organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- General Administrative Support
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed. Monitor HR-related expenses and maintain office supplies for the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of HR experience preferred; fresh graduates with HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
