- Process / Prepare all PEZA Documents
- Prepare Import Permit to be given to broker for processing
- Prepare and process Export and CEWE documents
- Prepare and submit all PEZA Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Reports
- Process application of LOA ( Letter of Authority) concerning all transactions of the company and corresponding surety bonds
- Prepare LOA (Letter of Authority) Liquidation Reports
- Check all billings from broker corresponding to all Import/Export transactions (Import/Export Management Table)
- Submit data / reports frequently required by PEZA
- Follow-up Incoming shipments to broker
- Distribute information to all production section regarding date of arrival of import cargos especially for critical materials
- Prepare and submit PEZA forms bought and consumed with the company's daily transactions.
- Disseminate PEZA correspondence (memo / circulars) to the concerned persons.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year course ( College Degree in Business/ Office Administration/ Management or equivalent)
- Preferably with background in Import and Export process, PEZA and BOC document processing.
- Ability to coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
- Must be able to communicate in all levels of organization.
- Computer Literate.
