- Check advance copy of Shipping document Invoice, Packing List and Shipment details from the LC Group.
- Prepare and lodge Importation Permit (eIPS) to PEZA.
- Coordinate with PEZA Zone Manager for the approval of Permit.
- Notify Broker/Forwarder for the process of documents.
- Follow up release of cargo to Broker Customer Service.
- Coordinate delivery schedule of cargo thru Broker, LC Group and Receiving Follow up to Receiving team the Brokers Delivery Receipts with complete attachment of documents working copies.
- File and update record of transactions. (Monitoring record)
- Monitor Letter of Authority and expiry dates.
- Check Import Billings from Forwarder/Broker courier service.
- Secure and apply online special PDEA permit for controlled chemicals.
- Prepares documents for application of DDB Exemption and certificate for controlled chemicals.
- Prepare application for Imports Marine Cargo Insurance.
- File and coordinate with insurance company and forwarder for the claim of damaged cargo.
- Prepare requirement and renew General Surety and Transportation Bond of all ports.
- Prepare and review monthly direct importation for TIMTA report.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate IE, EE, ECE graduate with Electronic manufactuirng services
- With experience in Import/Export Process
- Background in Purchasing is an advantage
- With wide knowledge in PEZA and BOC rulings
- Computer literate
- Amenable to work in Canlubang Calamba Laguna
