Prepare necessary documents for PEZA processing then coordinate with the forwarders for the booking scheduleand pick up time of the cargo.
Follow up the forwarders for the documents that need to be send to our customers through mail and email.
Constant monitoring of the shipment to avoid any delays of the shipment through proper coordination with the forwarders.
Follow up the forwarders for the status of the shipment which incoterms is Door to Door.
IMPORT
Coordinate with the Purchasing Clerk for the additional importable items.Coordinate with the forwarders for the needed data upon submission at PEZA Office.
Do the online procedure of the import permit and coordinate with the forwarders for the delivery of the shipment.LOCAL DOCUMENTATION
(FARM-OUT & FARM-IN PROCESSING)
Prepare the necessary documents for the pull out of the materials from Souhatsu facility and delivery of materialsfrom the Suppliers.
Coordinate with the PEZA office for the pull out of the materials from Souhatsu facility.
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Purchasing Officer for the delivery of the materials.Keep documents pertaining to export and import activities.
Ensure compliance of process and work instructions in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 regulator requirements.
Perform other tasks assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
