Job Opening: Import Documentation Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Documentation Assistant who will be responsible for managing and organizing import-related documents to ensure smooth and timely processing of shipments. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations for both local and international purchases.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and manage all import documentation requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, and shipping lines for timely release of shipments
- Track and update import shipment schedules and statuses
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound transactions
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies
- Support the Procurement Team in handling both local and international sourcing activities
What We’re Looking For:
- With experience in import documentation
- Knowledgeable in procurement processes (local and international)
- Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
