Tasks & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the team’s queue or shared inbox to ensure all tasks or messages are addressed within the day.
- Review incoming items and assign, escalate, or process them according to standard procedures.
- Ensure no pending or overdue tasks remain in the queue by end of shift.
- Coordinate with relevant teams or individuals for items that require follow-up or clarification.
- Flag urgent or high-priority items for immediate action.
- Maintain accurate tracking of processed tasks for reporting and audit purposes.
- Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks in the queue and report them to team leads or management.
- Follow set SLAs, company policies, and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- At least average verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and process tasks accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with email or task queue systems is a plus
- Healthcare or back-office experience is an advantage
