Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Institutional Sales Supervisor to manage and grow our institutional accounts. This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing institutional clients.
- Scout and acquire potential new institutional accounts.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming promotions.
- Understand and address client needs while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans and programs tailored to institutional clients.
- Resolve complex client issues professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in private and government bidding activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling institutional accounts.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Innovative, creative, and proactive in developing solutions.
- Willing to work in Davao City.
