Qualifications:
- Security Training: Preferably with previous experience in security or law enforcement, plus training in security procedures and practices.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to incidents.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for reporting, giving directions, and conflict resolution.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Can assess situations quickly and act according to established protocols.
- Customer Service Orientation: Able to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Keen observer, able to spot and report security risks or suspicious activities.
- Availability: Open to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adaptability: Can stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols and door checks to ensure facility safety.
- Assist with access control and monitor authorized entry to restricted areas.
- Perform security rounds inside and outside the facility, including parking areas.
- Enforce safety and emergency protocols.
- Respond promptly to incidents and calls for assistance.
- Document and report incidents accurately and on time.
- Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors.
- Carry out assignments given by the supervisor efficiently.
