- Highschool and/ or Vocational Graduate
- Proficient, Trustworthy, and Responsible in performing Job Functions.
- With at least three (3) years experience in Security Guard Function.
- Patrolling: Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and perimeters to identify potential security risks and ensure a safe environment.
- Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment to detect suspicious activities or unauthorized access.
- Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted on the premises.
- Incident Response: Investigate and report incidents such as theft, vandalism, accidents, or emergencies, and take appropriate action according to company policy.
- Enforcement: Enforce company security policies, rules, and regulations, and provide guidance to employees and visitors regarding security procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare daily logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation, and communicate relevant information to management.
- Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency drills, maintain emergency equipment, and respond to medical emergencies or other urgent situations.
- Customer Service: Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors professionally and helpfully, providing assistance and directions as needed.
