Position Purpose
Crucial in shaping and promoting our brand image through various PR events and in-store initiatives. The trainee will work closely with the brand team to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Tasks
1. Assist in implementing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
a. Coordination with third-party suppliers for events and in-store initiatives and permit processing.
b. Creatively write client-facing and influencer-facing copies for invites, spiels, emails, etc., with the approval of Marketing Manager/ Asst. Product Manager
c. Creation of post-mortem reports – analyze sales data and be able to come up with solutions and next steps.
d. Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
2. Prepare and coordinate the packing of PR kits and tracking/shipping of items.
3. Consolidate monthly PR clippings with media values- keeping track of the brand’s social media presence and news articles.
4. Provide support for special ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Experience
- Has a passion for all things beauty
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
- Aware of trends, especially with influencers and what they post on social media
- Can thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
- Photo and video editing skills is a plus
