Job Title: Inventory and Field Inspector (Project -Based)
Job Summary: The Inventory and Field Inspector (Project -Based) plays a vital role in upholding the integrity of company operations by reviewing and validating sales documentation and conducting on-site compliance checks. The role focuses on preventing discrepancies and detecting potential fraudulent activities through accurate audits, spot checks, and field verifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct document retrieval and ensure completeness and accuracy of sales records in accordance with established processes
- Professionally engage with store and outlet teams to collect and verify sales invoices, delivery receipts, return slips, and other supporting documents
- Perform spot checks, including inventory audits and cash counts, to confirm alignment between physical stock and documented records
- Execute compliance reviews to identify errors, inconsistencies, or violations of company policies and procedures
- Record audit findings and prepare detailed daily reports summarizing route activities and observations
Qualifications:
- College-level or graduate of a business or vocational course/certification
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel to multiple locations for document retrieval and shortage validation
- Must be capable of driving at least a 2-wheeled vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s License
