Job Description
- Encode warehouses’ cycle count and reconcile with warehouse supervisors for discrepancies (5 warehouses should submit daily cycle count and reconcile the next day).
- Timely encoding of all sales and delivery returns to SAP system and coordinate return concerns with warehouse and Sales Representative/Account Officer.
- Check PO against goods received by warehouses and reconcile with documents from the supplier.
- Regularly monitor the open-item list on SAP system for Sales Order and Deliveries to ensure reliable inventory stock levels at every warehouse.
- Monitor inventory stock levels at all warehouses and work closely with the purchaser regarding inventory management.
- Handle any other tasks related to inventory issues.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Preferrably with at least 2 years of warehousing or inventory experience
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
- Knowledge of warehousing concepts - receiving and invoicing practices
- Keen attention to detail and possesses strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Applications
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles
- Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila
