- Responsible in maintaining the accuracy of the inventory

Make sure all transactions (inter-warehouse movement, dispatches, inbounds, backlogs) are reflected accurately in the ERP.

Will be the primary point of contact with the warehouse team

Will review and approve all warehouse billings before submission to Treasury.

Ensuring the overall orderliness of the process and well-being of the employees in the warehouse.
- Constant development of ways and means to improve processes for inventory control, discrepancy prevention and resolutions, operational budget reduction and safety and security.
Requirements

Proficient in ERPs preferably Zoho

Technology - oriented and able to maneuver around Microsoft, Google & etc.

Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in handling a small to medium sized group.

Willing to extend working hours if the situation calls for it

Willing to change shift depending on the necessity of the group.
- Able to blend with different people with different walks of life, age, gender
