- Ensures FIFO (First-In, First-Out) of items issuance, most especially with expiration dates
- Manages inventory tracking to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- Records purchases;
- Maintains database;
- Performs physical count of inventory
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies or losses promptly.
