Pleco is hiring for an Investment Analyst with a finance background—ideally someone who is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CFA Charterholder (or currently undertaking Level 1–3), or has a degree in finance or investment. This is a dual-role opportunity combining investment analysis and executive-level support
You’ll act as right-hand—analysing opportunities, preparing investor materials, managing internal workflows, and handling key executive support tasks.
What You'll Do:
Investment & Capital Advisory Support
- Conduct industry and company research to support investment memos and pitch decks
- Review and summarise financial statements and capital structures
- Assist with the creation of client-ready investor materials and presentations
- Maintain investor pipeline data in CRM (e.g., Affinity, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Support capital raising workflows, due diligence coordination, and investor follow-ups
Executive Support
- Manage Grace’s diary, coordinate meetings across global time zones
- Draft and send professional correspondence on behalf of Grace
- Organise documentation (NDAs, investor decks, data room files) and ensure confidentiality
- Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely execution
- Provide administrative and project support across internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CFA (Level 1–3) or equivalent certification preferred
- 2+ years' experience in financial services, investment advisory, or capital markets
- Strong financial modelling, research, and analysis skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high organisational standards
- Professional English writing and communication skills
- Experience working remotely and handling sensitive information
