Role Summary
To assist and to support ISU to carry out the internal security audit and ensure crew members are fully compliance with the relevant policy and procedures while performing duty through close monitoring (KPI) and auditing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Physical Security Inspections, Regular Audit programme, and random checks on quality and efficiency of operations. (Premises and Customer Sites);
- Assist in conducting investigations;
- Compilation of Regional Monthly Security Return;
- Provide regular reports to ISU Supervisor;
- Assist ISU Supervisor / ISU Manager, to carry out service quality responsibilities in particular through the conduct by audits, investigations, reports and responsiveness to irregularities;
- Liaison with the CIT Manager/Supervisor, OCC, CPC & Vault Supervisor and with NCC for any technical security issues;
- Conduct random checks on security aspect and maintain audit on security equipment of the Cash Processing Center and Vehicles Operations.
- Ensure that Group Security Policies and Procedures are complied.
- Liaison with Area Security Supervisor to clarify the group policy, if necessary.
- Collect/ maintain competitors’ information (Database).
- Carry out covert and overt surveillance in all business units. (Internal, External, Personnel, and Vehicles.
- Monitor the up-dated maintenance of an historical record (Database) for analysis of shortage discrepancies for both Cash Services and Customers.
- Monitor the up-dated maintenance of an historical record (Database) for analysis of robbery; cash lost and any reported / investigated incidents within Cash Services.
- Maintain security and confidentiality at all times in regards to company information and activities.
- To assist ISU Training, to maintain and monitor operational training for Cash Services personnel
- Responsible for implementation and conduct training to meet the business standards.
- Liaison with Local Security Authority.
- Liaison with Customers and Site Surveys.
- Any other duties assigned by ISU Executive or Area Security Manager.
Communications and Relationships
- Interact with internal contacts such as department heads, managers, and other departmental staff.
- Interact with external contacts such as clients, vendor and governmental officers.
Working Pattern
Normal working hours, but must make commitment to additional hours if required to complete tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of BS- CRIMINOLOGY 4 and/or has Security-related highly accredited training;
- Has a Motorcycle and Driver's License;
- Strong written and verbal communications skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Can strictly follow instructions;
- Can multi-tasks;
- Great attention to details;
- Has dependable time management skills;
- Able to work during holidays;
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, HIGH-RISK environment;
- Has strong sense of safety and security;
- Willing to be assigned to shifting work schedule;
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods; and
- Flexible in working in changing circumstances.
