- Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials

Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate
inventory data - Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
- In-charge of tagging of company asset and supplies

Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and
supplies - Prepare accurate and complete inventory report
- Implement good warehouse practices
- Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
- Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.

Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as
needed. -
Maintain thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition,
deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
Qualifications:
- With at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge in Asset management tool
- Knowledge in Asset Management principles and practices
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to report onsite and night shift schedule
