Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading the company’s IT systems and electronic equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Diagnose and resolve IT and electronic equipment issues promptly.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security monitoring.
Provide technical support to employees and address IT-related concerns.
Maintain inventory of IT and electronic equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases, repairs, and upgrades.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
Knowledge in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in IT/electronics maintenance is an advantage.
