We are seeking an experienced IT Staff to join our team. As an IT Staff you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our computer system, networks, and software.
Job Qualification
- 6 months to 1 year work experience in IT or ICT.
- Knowledgeable in basic networking (wireless and wired)
- Proficient in software and hardware servicing, including; windows OS, Reformatting computers, Basic troubleshooting.
- Good skills in Microsoft application
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and support computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical assistance issues
- Provide technical assistance to staff and management
- Perform software and hardware upgrades and maintenance.
