-Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
-Knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products, of setting up remote access for users, ability to administer a 100+ node network including firewalls, ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
-Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
-Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
-Satisfactory verbal and written communications skills.
-Willingness to work on flexible schedules
-Diploma related to information and communications technology
-1 year experience in technical support for computer hardware and peripherals.
-TESDA NC2 (Computer Hardware Servicing) Certification
-Experience as computer technician

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
