SSIS / SSRS / PowerBI / Report Developer

About the Role:
You will be working in a cross-functional team, using agile methodologies to build Business Intelligence (BI) solutions the financial services industry. We are looking for true team players who can work beyond their specialty to help the team deliver. Every team member is responsible for the quality of the product and should be willing to work on any tasks needed, be it report development, database queries, deployment automation, etc. The succesful candidate will use their experience and talent to help drive the delivery of the system, introduce new tech and guide the evolution of our applications.
Job Duties in Brief:
- SSIS Development, design and query APIs, databases and data lakes to fill data warehouse with data from external and internal sources.
- Database Development, develop and maintain database objects such as queries, tables, views, and stored procedures needed for the SSRS/PowerBI/Qlik Reports.
- Report Development, design, build and modify Microsoft SSRS and Power BI reports.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience development experience working with Rest APIs and Data loading with SSIS.
- 2+ years of professional experience with reports development using SSRS
- 2+ year of experience in developing queries and database objects with RDBMS
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Proficient in utilizing advance SSRS reporting features (parameters, sub reports, conditional formatting)
- Proficiency in SoapUI or Postman
- Proficiency with Rest APIs
- Experience with JSON structured data
- Experience in PostgreSQL
- Experience working on Agile teams
- Solid understanding and demonstrated proficiency with core software development processes - debugging, code tuning, performance and refactoring.
- Must be self-motivated and driven, with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial industry is highly desirable
