We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our manufacturing facility in Calamba, Laguna. The ideal candidate should have at least one (1) year of experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces in accordance with company hygiene standards.
- Collect and dispose of waste materials properly and efficiently.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors regularly.
- Replenish cleaning and sanitary supplies in designated areas.
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or damaged facilities.
- Assist in cleaning machinery exteriors (non-operational areas) when needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including wearing PPE.
- Support general housekeeping tasks and special cleaning projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of janitorial or housekeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable, and with knowledge in 5Ss
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required. 6AM to 2PM; 2PM to 10PM; 10PM to 6AM
- Able to work 6 days a week
- To be assigned to Canlubang Plant
Work Environment:
- Exposure to factory and production areas with standard noise and machinery.
- Use of cleaning tools and chemical agents with appropriate PPE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,560.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
