Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience with knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications specially Excel
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and willing to do multi - tasking

Job Description
1.) Staff Deployment (Checking all the requirements/make an appointment letter and company ID);
2.) Manpower movements monitoring (Staff Regularization/Transfer);
3.) Staff dropout monitoring (Resignation/AWOL/Termination);
4.) Staff benefits processing (checking of the submitted documents of field staff before sending to Head Office (SSS Maternity Notification/Salary Loan/ Pagibig Loan);
5.) Monthly Branch Audit Findings documentation (memo preparation and issuance as per DM’s approval.
6.) DTR checking and validation;
7.) Attends to field staff work concerns and brings up to the attention of DM for immediate resolution of problems.
8.) Weekly/Monthly manpower status report submission to HR Head Office (Recruitment/Training / Dropout status);
9.) HR Information update (Area and Division wise).
10.) Issues disciplinary action memo
11.) Facilitates admin. hearing schedule and prepares the necessary documents prior to the session (make the staff profiling and Administrative hearing results);
12.) Updates the Misappropriation link online;
13.) Conducts final evaluation/debriefing to the PSO trainees (if the Training Officer is not available);
14.) Coordinates with Branch Offices the SRO submission for separated staff (checks and completes the SRO attachments before sending to HR head office);
15.) Maintenance of staff 201 Files;
16.) Assists the Divisional Manager in generating the monthly regional Meeting data from the operational staff and consolidates the same monthly;
17.) Handles secretarial job for DM (may be deleted since vacancy is for HO)
18.) Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
