Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions via Quickbooks Online.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment monitoring.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget tracking, variance, and financial analysis.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and accounting files.
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
We are inviting BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Accounting Information System graduates to be part of our growing team. With:
- Strong analytical skills, focused and organized
- Above-average typing speed
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Willing to be trained in Quickbooks Online
