Job Summary:
An External Auditor is responsible for examining the financial records of organizations to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and legal regulations. Working independently from the company being audited, they provide an objective assessment of financial statements and offer recommendations for improving financial reporting and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute external audits in accordance with auditing standards (e.g., ISA).
- Examine and analyze accounting records and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct interviews and meetings with client staff to understand business processes.
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest best practices.
- Collaborate with other audit team members and partners.
- Stay current with industry trends, accounting regulations, and auditing standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
