Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including large commercial farms, cooperatives, dealers, and institutional buyers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop account-specific sales plans aligned with overall company targets.
- Drive product sales, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Conduct regular account visits, business reviews, and check-ins to maintain strong rapport with decision-makers.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored product solutions to meet performance and budget goals.
Order Management & Fulfillment Coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in coordination with logistics and inventory teams.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve issues related to order delays, stock-outs, or returns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track account performance against sales targets, KPIs, and service level agreements.
- Prepare and present regular account reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Issue Resolution & Customer Support
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and disputes professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution and maintain service quality.
Credit Monitoring & Collection Coordination
- Monitor account receivables, credit terms, and payment status of assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Finance to follow up on collections and resolve billing discrepancies.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce new products or services to existing key accounts.
- Support promotional campaigns and product trials aimed at expanding share of wallet.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity within key accounts.
- Use data to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback from key accounts to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
