Job Summary:
The Key Accounts Specialist manages and nurtures relationships with major clients in the construction and formworks sector. This role ensures that client requirements are understood and met through efficient coordination, timely delivery, and excellent service, contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and project managers.
- Coordinate closely with the operations, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of formworks materials and services.
- Monitor ongoing projects and client transactions, ensuring alignment with contract terms and expectations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Track and analyze account performance, addressing any concerns or issues proactively.
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client requests, agreements, and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and client feedback for management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business, engineering, or construction-related course.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or sales, preferably in construction, formworks, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction project timelines and material requirements is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
