Responsible for the preparation of all menu items pertaining to her section in accordance with the policies and procedures.
-Prepares all items in his section in accordance with the established recipe cards and methods
-Assist Chef de Partie in ensuring appropriate production levels in the kitchen
-Prepares mis-en-place for Chef de Partie and assist in the preparation of new items and presentations
-Adheres to control portion policy/standards and presentation standard
-Samples all foods before sending to the guest
-do reports and request for raw materials
