Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Japanese Bilingual Agent (CSR) located in Taguig. The Japanese Bilingual Agent will be responsible for providing customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
