About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist who can research, identify, and qualify potential clients to support our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable reaching out to prospects across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using online tools and directories
- Initiate outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, or calls to engage prospects
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments or hand off to closers
- Maintain and organize lead data using CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics (response rates, conversions, etc.)
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or prospecting (B2B preferred)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Self-starter who can work independently and meet targets
✅ Experience working with marketing, creative, or tech agencies is a plus
