Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team to develop cohesive event design concepts effectively reflect desired messaging and intent across print, digital, and on-site marketing. Refine brand guidelines for events.
- Design high-quality, appealing, and informative visual assets for events, including print (flyers, pamphlets, magazine full page spreads), digital (email, LinkedIn), and on-site (posters, banners)
- Ensure all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms including the website, social media, paid media and email marketing.\
- Obtain appropriate approvals from the client's Consulting and Compliance teams before publishing.
- Update and maintain Wix websites & Cvent event websites, including checking websites weekly to ensure all links are working and content is up to date.
- Redesign Wix website to elevate online presence, improve navigation and accessibility, and bring into compliance with ADA requirements
- Update and maintain internal SharePoint site
- Build emails in Constant Contact email marketing platform
Qualifications:
- Experience working in graphic design, ideally in-house at an Events and/or Financial Services company
- Understanding of basic design principles (color wheel, balance, contrast, readability, ADA compliance, brand guidelines & color palette) required
- Experience formatting materials for print (crop marks, bleed, etc.) designing Websites and Landing Pages highly preferred
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of the following programs and platforms:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of the following platforms highly preferred, if not, willing to develop expertise in:
- Constant Contact
- Wix
- Cvent Events Platform
- On24
- Canva
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and bring projects across the finish line in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who is able to take direction, apply feedback, and problem solve utilizing resources at hand
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have appropriate equipment to handle design workload (computer strong enough to handle running design software simultaneously without requiring multiple restarts a day)
- Must be willing to work in a night shift schedule/US hours and during PH holidays.
- Must be amenable to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes.
