JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for presenting the lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- May coordinate promotions to increase number of tenants.
- Thorough knowledge of department processes.
- Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to present effectively and handle client interactions professionally
- Demonstrates leadership potential and can work well independently or in a team
- Has a leadership ability.
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Customer service orientation
