We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Leasing Associate to join our team. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, coordinating property tours, preparing leasing documents, and supporting the overall leasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of relationship-building, and has an interest in property management and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants with inquiries and provide accurate information on available properties or spaces.
- Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to prospective tenants.
- Prepare leasing proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all client records, documents, and leasing databases are updated and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with brokers, agents, and internal teams to support leasing transactions.
- Monitor availability of units, track inquiries, and prepare regular leasing status reports.
- Support the leasing team in achieving occupancy goals and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for management review.
- Perform other leasing-related tasks as may be assigned by the Leasing Manager or Operations Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate or retail industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with leasing/property management systems is an advantage.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Negotiation and sales skills are a plus.
