Job Description:
- managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries
- oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
- scouting for prospective space for lease
- review and analyze the lease proposals
- negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
- achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies
- monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
- arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
Job Qualification:
- must be a bachelors degree in any related field
- work related is a plus but not a requirement
- can work under pressure
- can work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
