LOLC Bank Philippines Inc. is looking for a Field-Based Legal Associate to manage legal accounts and handle court-related and field operations. This role involves extensive travel and coordination with clients, courts, and government agencies.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
Must have a valid driver’s license
Willing to travel extensively
Experience appearing in court proceedings, legal or collections is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
File and monitor legal cases (e.g., Small Claims, B.P. 22)
Attend court hearings, mediations, and investigations
Negotiate settlements and draft legal documents
Coordinate with departments on case updates
Handle fieldwork: courts, clients, agencies, auctions
Submit timely legal reports
Other tasks as assigned
