Key Roles
- Facilitate the end-to-end process of transferring property titles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies, such as the Registry of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and local government units (LGUs).
- Secure all necessary documents, permits, and clearances for title transfer.
- Track and monitor the status of title transfer applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and review all required documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with legal standards.
- Stay updated on changes to regulations, fees, and requirements related to property title transfers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in handling property title transfers or similar processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at government offices as needed
- Willing to work in Baliuag, Bulacan
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
