DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for submission of billings to DepEd NCR, Reg 4A & 4B all Schools Division Offices (SDOs), all implementing units (IUs)
- Responsible for collection of remittances from DepEd NCR, Reg 4A & 4B all SDOs, all IUs
- Current areas to cover: DepEd NCR, Regions 4A and 4B/Division Offices already decentralized: NCR - QC, Manila, Malabon, Makati, San Juan, Caloocan, Quirino High School & IUs. 11 divisions to follow
- Reg 4A - all divisions and IUs | Reg 4B no schedule yet
- Reconciliation of ADA deposits
- Issuance of OR/SIs to diff division offices and independent units of NCR, R4A
- In-charge in submission of documents needed by the collection agency
- Assists in the preparation of billing
- Functions that may be assigned from time to time
