The Liaison Officer is responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between the company and external agencies such as government institutions, regulatory bodies, and project-related offices. In the context of construction operations, this role is crucial in securing permits, processing clearances, and ensuring the timely signing and release of documents required by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and other relevant agencies. The Liaison Officer helps ensure project compliance, maintains smooth communication with project stakeholders, and supports the company’s administrative functions by maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory alignment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinates and processes permits, licenses, clearances, and other documents with government agencies such as DPWH, LGUs, and other relevant offices related to construction projects.
2. Ensures that all company documents submitted to external parties—especially for project compliance—are accurate, complete, and comply with required standards and deadlines.
3. Maintains and regularly updates a tracking system for all filed documents, including applications, follow-ups, and pending submissions.
4. Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with DPWH personnel, LGU officials, and other regulatory bodies for smooth communication and coordination.
5. Monitors the validity of permits, licenses, and project-related clearances, and ensures their timely renewal to prevent construction delays.
6. Facilitates the signing and follow-up of official documents required by DPWH, LGUs, and other agencies, as instructed by the immediate superior.
7. Assists with inter-agency and inter-office communication necessary for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the PIC or Group Admin Head.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Preferably a Civil Engineering graduate, but applicants from any course—graduate or undergraduate—may be considered.
· With at least 1–2 years of experience in liaison or government-related work.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel.
· Knowledge of government processes and documentation is an advantage.
SKILLS:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to negotiate, coordinate, and follow up effectively with external entities.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized in handling multiple documents and schedules.
· Reliable and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
· Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
