Job Summary:
The Liaison Staff is responsible for performing official errands and external transactions on behalf of the company. This includes processing bank deposits, filing documents with government agencies, coordinating with suppliers or clients, and assisting in administrative and accounting-related support tasks. The role requires trustworthiness, timeliness, and flexibility in handling both fieldwork and basic office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily errands such as bank deposits, collections, and payments.
- Submit and retrieve official documents from government offices (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, FDA/DOH, LGU, etc.).
- Assist in the delivery or pick-up of documents, checks, receipts, and invoices from suppliers, clients, and partners.
- Maintain an updated record/log of all completed transactions.
- Provide support to Accounting and Admin in preparing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Handle messengerial tasks including courier, mail, and official correspondence.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all records, payments, and documents while in transit.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or college level of any course, preferably with background in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- With prior experience as liaison, office assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or administrative documents is a plus.
- With valid driver’s license (motorcycle/4-wheel) is an advantage.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle cash, checks, and confidential information responsibly.
- Willing to do fieldwork and occasional extended hours if required.
