Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and external partners, agencies, or clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and updates for both internal leadership and external entities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory or contractual obligations in liaison partnerships.
- Assist with conflict resolution and address concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at external meetings, forums, or public events.
- Facilitate the implementation of joint projects or initiatives in cooperation with other organizations or agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a liaison, communications, coordination, or stakeholder management role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
- Professional presentation and diplomacy, especially in high-stakes environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report writing.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local government processes or regulatory frameworks (for public-sector roles).
- Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, or large institutions.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset, depending on stakeholder needs.
