Interpersonal and communication skills
Manage all external transactions with government agencies, including permits, licenses, bidding processes, and payment follow-ups
Monitor the progress of construction permit applications across multiple agencies and providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
Assisting in tracking progress billings and facilitating client payments.
Perform other related task
