We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Psychometrician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Psychometrician will be responsible for the administration, scoring, interpretation, and documentation of various psychological tests. This role is crucial in supporting our Pre-Employment Medical Examinations (PEME), Annual Physical Examinations (APE), and other psychological assessment services for our diverse range of corporate clients and individual patients. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, ethical, and capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer a variety of psychological assessment tools, including but not limited to, tests for intelligence, personality, aptitude, and emotional stability, to individuals and groups.
- Accurately score and analyze test results using standardized methods and prepare comprehensive and insightful psychological reports.
- Create clear and concise psycho-legal reports that summarize assessment findings, providing valuable insights for employment selection, clinical diagnosis, or wellness programs.
- Conduct initial behavioral interviews to gather relevant background information and supplement psychological test data.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate psychological findings into the overall medical assessment of a patient or applicant.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality, security, and proper maintenance of all psychological testing materials and client records in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Code of Ethics for Philippine Psychologists.
- Monitor the inventory of testing supplies and materials, and recommend the procurement of new or updated assessment tools as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of mental health and wellness initiatives, stress management seminars, and other related programs for corporate clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid license holder as a Registered Psychometrician (RPm) from PRC.
- At least one (1) year of professional experience as a Psychometrician, preferably in an industrial or clinical diagnostic setting.
- Freshly licensed psychometricians with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- In-depth knowledge of psychological assessment principles, test administration protocols, and ethical standards in the practice of psychology in the Philippines.
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias Cavite.
