Monitor pool/beach areas to ensure guest safety.
Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to emergencies.
Perform rescues, administer first aid, and conduct CPR if needed.
Maintain cleanliness and check pool equipment regularly.
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed.
Qualifications:
Certified Lifeguard with valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
Strong swimming skills and ability to stay alert.
Good communication and quick decision-making skills.
Note: Previous lifeguard experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
